Most of the time I draw to keep myself awake, but most importantly, to remember the essence of the message #ldsconf (at LDS Conference Center)
Harder Better Faster #daftpunk
Sometimes I just need some inspiration from my Muse #Starbucks #CreativeMode #sketching (at Starbucks)
This prayer is for everyone that feels they’re not good enough
Acts 9:3,9 And suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven, he was three days without sight #UltralightBeam

Three of my favorite things:
Politics, Music, and Demi Lovato
Well, I know it’s been a while since I posted something. Let’s just say that life got in the way.
I was reading some of the articles I previously written a while ago, 3 years to be exact, and I was impressed by the amount of research and thought I put in to some of them, dang!
I can’t deny the fact that I am extremely jealous of the amount of time I had in my hands in order to write such things.
There have been many thigns that have been happening in my life lately, that have put me in a position of questioning the direction of my life. Many times, I thought I knew what I wanted to do, but other times I feel I’m pretending I know what I’m doing and just following along, taking advantage of the opportunities that come my way.
I needed to step back, pause, think, and re organize my life. At this point, I’m still in that process, and I feel that I can’t move forward without finding out what that is. And by moving forward, I mean, taking on big projects or life decisions that would consume the next 5 to 10 years of my life. Yeah, we are talking big here.
But what does all these need to do with the title of the post?
Well, I think it is important to understand that this process that I’m going through right now, it’s quite stressing, yet very interesting, because I’m learning things about myself that I didn’t know about, or I guess I knew about, but I have been ignoring, or just putting it to the side, becasue was not important to me. The truth is, they really are IMPORTANT.
I’ve been exposed to many things lately, I mean, we all are, but since I’m going through a process of “self-discovery” (I guess I put it a title now), the things that I’m being exposed are more valuable to me, I try not to take them for granted, but think of the purspose of those things, and how would or it is, impacting my life.
Having said that, I’ve been wanting to write about many, many, many things, awesome experiences that I’ve been through, interesting discoveries, beatiful pieces of art, etc.
In the past two weeks, we have been bombareded with tons of political agendas. People tend to ignore them, others engage. I’m the one who likes to be in the middle, I don’t ignore it, but I don’t like to fill my facebook feed full of post about how much I hate Donald, etc. The truth is, I like politics. There, I said it. I like talking about it, but I try to avoid, as much as I can, voicing my opinion to an audience that might now even be interested in politics. I respect that. I always think that all my friends are not wanting to hear about politics, I try not to bring it up.
So what’s going on with this, you might think?
Well, we all know that it’s nuts to put someone like Trump as president, that’s something I can’t avoid expressing, but also, I feel that politics have a very imporant role in our daily lives, even if we don’t want to be part of it.
These leaders, not only have power to decide what’s best for us, but also what’s best of our children and future generations. Wouldn’t that be something you would like to be part of as well?
So, in the spirit of that thought, I feel like sharing this cool video of a great artist.
For me it’s like “what could be better than three of your favorite things togeter?” Politics, Music, and a beatiful woman: Demi Lovato.
I know she’s endorsing someone, but I would like for you to look beyond that.
I like politics, becasue leaders can really reach out to people in ways that no one can else can, unfortunately sometimes is destructive, like Hitler, but sometimes it’s to change for good like Martin Luther King Jr.
I like music, becasue… come on, you know how much I like music.
And I like Demi because… Just look at her, isn’t she beautiful? and on top of that she has an amazing voice.
But that’s not all, she’s advocating for something of value to all of us, something that many of us might be fighting with, many of us have difficulties with, many of us might not have answers to it, that is mental illness.
For me, that was the cherry on top, that’s why I felt incline to share this post with you all
Cheers!
